1. Donation Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable.
If you believe your donation was made in error or in an incorrect amount, please contact us at support@nirvairwelfarefoundation.org within 7 working days.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
2. Cancellation of Recurring Donations
If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel it at any time by contacting us at support@nirvairwelfarefoundation.org or managing it through your payment provider.
Cancellations will apply to future transactions; amounts already charged cannot usually be refunded.
